Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In the same condition in which it was received
Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returned with all original tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order information

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to reasons such as fit, size, color preference, or change of mind.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is confirmed, Velvet Pearl Boutique will cover the appropriate return shipping cost and work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly and include your order information and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the problem and provide a resolution.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges and applicable return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Velvet Pearl Boutique or otherwise required by law.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

Because inventory and sizes may sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, the fastest option is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original eligible item according to this policy.

TikTok Shop Orders

Purchases made directly through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop's applicable return, refund, and buyer-protection policies. Where platform rules apply to an order, those requirements will be followed.
